We only collect and use personal data to the extent necessary for a functional, secure website and to process the requests you send us — in particular through the "Submit Your Music" form. This page explains what happens to your data when you visit this website.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on servers located within the European Union. Every time this website is accessed, our hosting provider's server automatically collects data and information in the form of server log files, which may include: browser type and version, operating system, the referring page, date and time of access, and the IP address used. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website correctly and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) in the stable and secure operation of this website. Log data is not merged with other data sources.
4. "Submit Your Music" form
If you use the submission form, we process the data you enter — name, email address, artist or label name, country, links you provide, and your message — in order to review your submission and respond to you. This is done on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract / pre-contractual measures) and, where no contractual relationship results, on the basis of our legitimate interest in evaluating incoming submissions (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
Submissions are sent directly by email to our internal mailbox via a form script running on our own web server. We do not pass this data to any third-party form or marketing service. We retain submissions only for as long as necessary to evaluate them and, if relevant, to follow up with you — and delete them once that purpose no longer applies, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5. Cookies and Cookiebot consent management
